It’s February, and love is in the air! In just one week, couples everywhere will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with cards, flowers, sweets, and special dates.

I can’t wait to celebrate with my sweet Valentine, of course. Jerry and I have been together since 1985. We dated for 15 years before we married on March 11, 2000. We’re also excited to celebrate our 17th anniversary very soon. I count my many blessings each time I think of my Valentine, who is also my best friend, companion, inspiration, and a beautiful example to our children and grandchildren.

Our menu begins with two special appetizer options. Our Spinach and Feta Puffs are one of our most popular Hors D’ Oeuvres. This crisp, hand-battered treat is filled with flavorful spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, garlic, and spices. Our Bacon Wrapped Scallops are truly delicious, tender and seasoned to perfection.

Our amazing entrees are served with a cup of homemade soup or salad, a twice-baked potato or baked potato, the vegetable of the evening and homemade dinner rolls. You have four entrée choices:

  • Beef Tenderloin: An 8oz. tender choice cut served with a portabella mushroom sauce
  • Baked Pork Chop and Dressing: a 12oz. thick, center-cut chop, stuffed with our delicious homemade dressing
  • Stuffed Chicken Breast: Boneless breast of chicken wrapped in Phyllo dough, stuffed with fresh spinach, cream cheese, artichokes, onions, garlic, roasted red pepper, Monterrey Jack and Feta cheese topped with a white wine cream sauce.
  • Seafood Royale: Baked orange roughy topped with a creamy seafood sauce, fresh shrimp and crabmeat.

Homemade soups include our Cream of Broccoli, Canadian Cheese, Vegetable Beef, White Chili, and Creamy Vidalia Onion. Salad choices are our classic dinner salad, spinach salad or strawberry salad. Vegetable choices are Spinach Artichoke Casserole, Roasted Fresh Vegetables, and Amaretto Glazed Carrots.

After dinner, you can treat your sweetheart to something sweet. We will have a fresh assortment of our famous desserts, including pies, cheesecakes, specialty cakes, pastries, cookies and candies.
